Harry's Bar in London was a great spot for easy dining - and I will definitely go back.

Harry's bar - City of London I had dinner on a Thursday evening in this wine bar. Food was fair, quick and efficient service, very extensive wine list. The only negative point is the noisy atmosphere with all the bankers in suit and tie standing around next to our table. So I would recommend this venue for a dinner with friends, not really with a date or girlfriend.
